Unopened items can be exchanged. Once the package is opened we can not take the item back.
Due to the fact that clients do not always follow our care instructions, we will evaluate each case separately. We stand behind the quality of our hair, and with proper care it will last 6 to 8 months. It is each stylists job to teach the clients how to properly care for the hair.
If you receive the item and have not opened it you may exchange the item within 14 days. Once the 14 days have passed you can no longer exchange. With that being said we are a family owned business and know things can happen. We will do our best to be fair in all situations.
